Privacy policy
routless.co.il is operated by Rami Baryhe, trading as Routless. This page explains what information the site collects, why, and what your rights are.
What we collect
When you fill in a form: your name, phone number, business name, its website and anything you choose to write to us. We also keep technical details about the inquiry: which page it came from, which campaign brought you (UTM parameters) and when.
Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and operations.
Why we use it
To get back to you, to prepare a demo when you ask for one, and to understand which advertising channels bring inquiries. To build a demo we read public information about the business, such as its website and Google profile.
We don't sell information and we don't pass it to anyone for marketing.
Who else handles it
Providers that help us run the site: Vercel (hosting), Resend (forwarding your inquiry to us by email) and Google (the mailbox where the inquiry is kept). Some of them store data on servers outside Israel. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's terms.
Cookies and tracking
The site doesn't currently use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. If we add any, for example to measure campaigns, we'll update this page.
How long we keep it
Inquiry details are kept for up to two years after our last contact, unless you become a client and we need to keep them under an agreement or by law.
Your rights
Under Israel's Privacy Protection Law you can ask to see, correct or delete your information. Write to us and we will handle the request within 30 days.
Security
Information travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and is accessible only to us and the providers listed above.
